Where the heck do the days go??? It's already been 4 days since I journaled!!! And I'm supposed to be right on top of this thing!!! Jeez Louise! I'll have to do better this week!

To summarize last week, got in 3 days of running. Did really well on Friday, when despite all craziness, I came back home and went to workout at 11 pm--after my night of dinner and concert! Got my TOTM on Thursday...Haven't seen much weight loss despite the workouts and I attribute that to TOM!

Sat and Sun got in the way. Bad day and bad food choices yesterday. Don't wanna talk about it. Today has only been slightly better. I hope to turn it around for better. I DID TRY to start well...and made myself a high protein scrambled eggs breakfast with morningstar meat crumbles. Was filling and only 4 pts and filled me up well for the day! Ate chinese food at night...and feel full and disgusted. Am being yanked off to the gym, so I guess I'll have to go...even tho I DON"T WANNA!!!!!!

Hope ya'll have been doin' well! I'll try and be better all around this week, incl. pop in to say hello! Meanwhile, leaving my good vibes behind for ya'll....
