Friday weight: 148.8? was fine all day long, did my workout (Cant recall if I did the 2nd one or not), and food points were in control. Until later at night, for some reason I got intense cravings for the pizza sitting in my freezer. So after lots of mind games, I finally caved! Had 5 slices!!
Saturday: Weight: 149-150? Tried to get back in saddle. Did a good workout (1 hour instead of the planned two hours), and in the evening ended up splurging on my dinner date (thin crust wild mushroom pizza), and 1 glass of wine. The worse damage was later at night when I decided to cave and eat 5-6 lindsor truffles!!
Sunday: Weight: 148.4 (no gain!) Perfect day today diet and exercise-wise. Two workouts: 60 mins on treadmill, 421 k, 4 miles 20 mins elliptical, 1.74 miles, 174 k 20 mins bike: 6.94 miles, 83 k 20 mins treadmill: 1.61 miles, 152 k
Total: 2 hours, 14.5 miles, 840 k or so
Meals: under 20 carbs scrambled eggs (1) with cheese, meatles crumbles (4), celery, scallions, onions, lettuce (2-3) coffee with creamer (4-5) salad with lettuce, tomato, avacado, mushroom, brocolli, onion,(4 c?) and veggie patty (2), with ranch dressing (2)
