Mel, do not go on a slimfast diet, every single person I know it messed with their digestion.
You don’t want to screw up your digestion. You’re skinny anyway you don’t have that much to lose!

Ok everyone, I keep comfort eating I know with doing this in the past it works. I'm daft I know but it makes me feel good. Please don't worry. Jim and I are still at limbo. But he did say just now that he wants to get back where we were. So we will but Jim's like a very slow snail we will plod on. I'm still a little low but better than I was.
