Wow this week has been so hard so far. I have had mid-terms, projects and tests which means late night studying. It has been so hard to not eat late at night and a few nights I just couldn't resist the temptation. I tried to keep the snacks healthy but a peanut butter cookie got the best of me. I felt guilty after and took a gym break. At the gym I burned 950 calories on cardio and did weights too. Go me! It has been 2 days since then and I need to get back to the gym!!! Motivation: birthday is coming and the outfit would look a lot better 5lbs lighter.
