Hi, how are you finding the 5:2 diet? I ask as I'm looking at starting it, I see you have been losing weight quickly and steadily well done.

Hi there I find the 5:2 absolutely great I would highly recommend it I would say to read the book my Michael Mosely so you understand the science behind it. And prepare before starting it by checking recipes and buying things you need. I also cut out bread and cheese for two weeks prior to starting the 5:2. I started my fasting doing 2pm-2pm but now i do the normal fasting which is over 36 hours (including 2 sleeps) and is 16 hours fasting and 8 hours eating (16:8) there is a good Facebook group 5:2 intermittent fasting which i would recommened. Also remember on your fast days to concentrate on eating protien and plants - anything else you want to know get it touch and good luck x
