weight's slowly going down...very slowly!! My workout was slow today as well...It seems like I just can't rustle up enough energy to push myself!! 30 mins of swet-dripping bike later, I hopped on to the elliptical and coudl do only 15 mins before starting to feel rather hungry (What IS this new thing I have been feeling recently??? I ate well today, so shouldn't have been hungry!! Perhaps it is thirst? I did drink 1.5 liters of water in the day tho!)
I came upstairs to my apartment, and drank a glass of soy milk + whey protein shake, and then went back down to finish the workout: Did 15 mins more of elliptical, and then 3 sets each of bicep curls (15 pounds) and lateral raises (12 pounds). Continuing to feel tired. Didn't make my 2-hour mark, and instead returned back in about an hour and 10 mins of total workout. Need to find a way to push myself tomorrow...hunger, fatigue, water, should be all kept at bay!!
Food: breakfast: scrambled eggs with egg white, scallion, celery, and a boca burger and cheese 1 glass soy milk lunch: several whole wheat roasted indian-style tortillas (should have counted and stopped at 1!!! No idea how many carbs there were in this!) 1 cup coffee with 3-4 tsps of creamer 1 glass soy milk and 1 scoop protein mix 2 servings of peanuts (higher salt!!)
Instead of feeling lighter in order to do a good workout and run tomorrow, i'll probably end up feeling bloated from the higher carbs count and the peanuts!! It's depressing, and I can't seem to keep a better check on what I eat and what I do, despite KNOWING BETTER!!!
