At the moment I'm struggling with cravings. I'm full but I want sweet things or crisps. I keep telling myself I am not hungry but I know I have a bag of crisps under my bed😤. I might go for a walk but I don't feel so well mirgrain but I need to do something.

Is there room within your calories to have a sweet snack Under 100 cals at all the muller chocolate fixes are really nice I have strawberries with mine if not there are a few different low cal things one fibre brownie are nice or bliss bars or even a kinder or Freddo x

I have the same issue and was advised to try and up my protein as it’s filling and you won’t want to pick. I’m just starting this so can’t say how well it works but makes sense.

I have the same problem. sometimes I win some times I give in. I just make sure if I give in I don't eat a whole packet of Crisps or whatever. I get my partner to have them then just nick 2 or 3 😁 xx

I have some fruit or a tiny piece of dark chocolate but what I found really helpful is eating more protein it keeps insulin under control reduces cravings 💕💕 it’s no fun I know

There is room in my diet for a yoghurt, I'm guessing that will also help my protein intake. I have got some dark chocolate around I just forget I have so I'll go find that. I also occasionally buy some thins and then leave them out for other to eat. The trick is only have one portion size, which can be quite difficult. Thankyou for all hekpful suggestions. When I want something sweet I have three sugar free weather’s original it helps me 😊

I love those sweets sheshe, I don't think I'll stop eating them if I start 😍😋 . I found that peach flavoured spring water helped me a lot and I did manged to go for a short walk which stop the crisp craving. Thankyou for your suggestions 😊 x

Buy bananas. Bake them. Then use butter paper to rap them and stick them in the freezer. There you have it: banana ice-cream on demand. Shuts down all cravings.
