Don't beat yourself up, Girlfriend. It is SO difficult to stay on track day in and day out especially when other things in life get in the way! It's good that you have written out your rules and goals. Try your best to stick with them, BUT if you slip along the way it's okay. Pick yourself back up and keep on trying. Also, make sure you set yourself up with reasonable rules and goals that you know you can keep up with so that you don't set yourself up for failure. You can always start out with something simpler and then add to it as you meet your goals. Then you'll have more of a sense of accomplishment and not beat yourself up so much! ROCK ON! YOU CAN DO THIS!! :)
