Ok today is day two for me on this atkins diet. I was on it 4 yrs ago and did vey well, but i let myself go. So here I go again. I have been working out (walking, dancing, stretching, slow jogging) for 18 of the last 21 days (including 2day). I walked for an hour ( I was tired this morning so I walked moderately), then I felt bad that I was not doing my best so i danced for 30 mins and stretched for 15 mins. Yeasterday i walked for an hour and jogged for 3 sets of 10mins each (totalling 30 mins). I brought dance dance revolution and wii fit plus( i hope to start today). the truth is exercise seems like to much work, I prefere to have fun like playing or dancing. the problem is i am also lazy now and will push myself if others are around (sad really), Im working to change that.

I am with you on that about exercise, but you are doing great. Even just walking 30 minutes everyday is a good start. Take your time so you don't get burned out. Switch it up every day, so you don't become bored, but definitely stay with the walking.
You are doing great, and I see your numbers coming down.
Have a great low carb day, and deal with it, one meal at a time.
