Good day! Here it is almost the end of March and although I have joined a TOPS group, I'm not doing very well. When I'm at the condo, helping with my Grandchildren I don't cook, hense, I don't eat well. Even though I believe I'm making alright choices. Home again and I cook, my husbands favorite dishes and then we eat the left overs. I'm going to give this a try again. I'm complaining! About ME! I am my own biggest road block! I am the only one who can fix ME! Starting right now!!!

Well come on in Quilter1024 the water is fine, tons of support here and some of the most wonderful people also on FS. We all are our biggest road blocks, but knowledge is the key to success... you know you are a road block now I believe that you are strong enough to drive right through, lady start your engine... and go....lol.
