Wow! day 10 and Im still here. I have slowed down on exercising (dont know why) but Im reading on what will be the best work outs for me while on this diet. I dont want to over do it and then give up, so after all the research I should be back on track with exercising on sunday. I need to get one of those ketosis sticks to make sure Im in ketosis (I guess I need to do that).
