Dziennik bmr1, 10 gru 22

Probably won’t lose those 10 pounds by the end of the year, but have lost 3 more so it’s now 16 pounds in close to 5 months. The regular Yoga classes are going well and I’ m now alternating between senior yoga or fitness classes with the regular yoga classes - usually 4 a week.
I decided to try to keep my phone in my pocket to monitor my steps. My goal is to get up and move around hourly and try to increase those steps every day. I do have plenty to do before Christmas.

The photos are of meals for a Veg + potato Day. Kale with chick peas plus an egg for breakfast, Soup for lunch, and potato, onion and sweet potato hash with a salad and plenty of avocado for dinner. The soup is my usual cabbage soup base with cabbage, onions, carrots and celery, some kale and a can of mixed vegetables. The broth is made from turkey and has quite a bit of turkey meat in it, and I added a few ounces of Fideo just to make the soup a little different. It does have more protein and a few more calories than my usual soups.
