So, I fell off the no alcohol wagon yesterday, but really...it was the first beautiful day of spring and it simply called for a couple of cold beers. I didn't feel too bad though because I got so much exercise; walking, jump roping, kick ball, raking leaves...I could go on and on.

I love beer too.. and you already have the knowledge that moderation in our intake and you will be fine, we must take time out to also enjoy our lives on this journey we are on and it sounds like you do just that,
