Dziennik Y002, 05 sie 15

A month in on the 5:2 and 2kg down after 9 fast days to date.

Not a quick fix, but definitely an intended way of life for me.

At the moment I'm not watching myself on my non-fast days, therefore not capping my calories on these days. (I know things will shift quicker if I did, but not on my radar right now).

I've exercised only once in the past month and would like to change this too and get into a regular gym routine.

I might consider 4:3 on the occasional week. Let's see.

Thanks snezica. I must say. I feel that I could have lost more, but I know why I haven't. On the other hand, I do like that it's a steady loss and this way something that I can really maintain for the rest of my life. I think once I start exercising more, that the weight will come off quicker and that I won't feel so guilty about my indulgent non-fast days. Saying that, as I get closer to goal, the weight might not come off so quickly, but that's normal. We all know this! Thanks so much for your ongoing support. How are you doing?
