Considering changing the way I have been tracking my weight on FS. I am thinking about login a weekly average vs my daily weight. There is so much variation in the daily value that it is hard to determine actual gains and loses. The weekly value will help to smooth out these variations and give me a better trend reading on my goals. My scale is linked to my Fitbit app which will automatically proved me a weekly average every Saturday. I am going to try that for a month or two to see how it goes. I am already concerned about Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas as that is typically a time of overeating and weight gains. Making this change now might be a bad idea.
