Heading off on a cruise in a couple of days. I’ve done very well following a WFPB diet, losing 6 pounds in 10 weeks over the holiday season. Although losing weight was not my goal, I certainly welcome it. I said I would prefer a vegetarian diet during the cruise so I will probably have some meetings with a chef who will make suggestions and let me know what meals they can make vegetarian or vegan. I hope I will stick with it to a reasonable degree. I hope I’ll get some ideas to use at home as well.
