How do you tell your wife that she does not need to lose weight, and keep her from worrying about it when you are trying to lose weight and worrying about your own weight?
I try to not boast weight loss to her, and try not to weigh myself in front of her. I never tell her to lose weight, I always tell her she looks great. I try to get her to eat healthy, but never tell her to not eat something . usually have to push her to eat, cause she has not eatn much all day.

All you can do is be a good example of healthy eating. You can't push someone into doing something they are not ready for and you can't control another person. Keep doing what you do and when she's ready, she'll see that she should be kind to her body and fuel it properly and that self respect and acceptance are necessary for a happy life.
