Wow, went out to "The Forbidden City" Chinese Sushi and Buffet restaurant tonight. Very hard to count calories at a place like that, BUT, I wrote everything down. Had an awesome meal (even had cheesecake) and still restrained myself from overeating. I'm very glad NOW that I didn't eat too much. I would have felt miserable, instead, I feel great!!!
