bibimpbap is basically rice and vegetable side dishes.
slightly saute the vegetables (of choice) in an open pan and add salt accordingly.
For preparation of the sauce: (for 1 cup rice)
1 tsp soy sauce+ ½tsp vinegar + 1tsp hot sauce/ketchup + ½tsp sesame oil + ½ tsp sugar(optional)+ salt(accordingly)
for the protein: add whatever source of protein you prefer(egg/meat/fish/ soyabean/paneer/ beans,etc)
In a bowl, add 1 cup rice, stack the vegetables and proteins on top and pour the prepared sauce. Take a few pictures to appreciate your food and then mix it all together before devouring 🤤
bonus: it goes so well with and kind of pickle🤤🤤🤤🤤
