Yesterday went great! The only problem is I still record my calories, fat, protein, and carbs, and I was way under on cals. I only ate 760 (out of a goal around 1300). I'm sure that, and becoming 'regular' again contributed to the 3.2 pounds lost in one day. I had only bought half the food so now that I have it all (went shopping again at lunch) I should be able to eat well but not fall to far under.
I have personal training at 5pm so I need to make sure I have the energy. I'm hitting that mid day slump right now. I need to make sure I get more sleep tonight since I have to be at work at 7:15am again tomorrow.
Water intake was good too. No exercise besides grocery shopping (its amazing how that adds up especially since I spend a hour walking around).
