6 pounds in 3 days... wow. I haven't even been working out yet! I have a personal training session tonight so we'll see what that does to the scale. I'm ahead of where I'd thought I'd be so far. I definitely don't want to be losing muscle so doing the south beach diet with weight training should get me pretty ripped!

I'm eating perfectly too. Today my entire office got Papa John's pizza (my favorite brand!!) with a chocolate dessert and I have to admit.. it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Did I want some? yes. Did I have to have it? not really. I want to do this right so I'm focused. It helps to know this isn't forever. 2 weeks then I get to add some things in. My calories are pretty low though, monday definitely too low, but I'm not that hungry.
