Last night my wife made her delicious meatloaf (and tater tots) for dinner, but I had to politely say no and eat chicken wings instead because the recipe calls for 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs. It wasn't easy but I resisted the temptation because I need to stay focused and lose more weight.
I am going to look for a low carb meatloaf recipe and see if I can use the spices she normally uses but omit the breadcrumbs. If you have experience with such a recipe, please send it my way!
I'm really looking forward to going below 180 and hopefully can accomplish that soon.
