Yesterday was my last weight watchers meeting. I did a 13 week program and liked it a lot. The program worked great for me. Even though I am not going to attend the meetings, I am still going to follow it. I lost a total of 8lbs. My goal this week is to lose 3 lbs so I can hit my 5% goal which is 11 lbs. So far I worked out both today and yesterday. So these two days have been good.
