Okay, I have been doing really well for 5 days (okay, I cheated last night) and I haven't lost at all! What's the deal? In fact, I've been worrying that my calorie intake is too low- I've only been eating between 700-900 calories per day. At that rate, how could I not have lost weight? Grrr.
