Okay so last week was better. I did drink more water I pretty much stuck to the plan ....except the special K ceral LOL . I OD'd on it this week. I keep telling my self dry cereal is better than candy but I know anything in excess is not good at all. On a bright note I did manage to go to the gym 4 days this week and was able to complete 11 miles towards the 365 miles< one year challenge.
This weeks goals are to
1) Drink more water 2) Get to the gym 5 days and get as close to 5 miles as possible 3)Climb the stairs to work at least 3 days for this week 4) Lose 2 lbs
