Didn't sleep as well last night and feel more sleepy today than usual. I had a good swim though and feel pretty good all in all. I'm glad it's already Wed and close to the weekend. Shannon is planning to bike on Saturday so that makes me feel excited because I love biking but also stressed because I have to plan things so that I can be rested and strong enough to keep up. That means only swim on Friday, definite carbs on Friday night and I need to figure out the Sat morning routine as far as breakfast and whether to have UCAN during the ride.
