I went to the WW meeting last night and I had lost 3.4 pounds - woohoo! The leader gave us some websites that will be helpful resources and I like the accountability of weighing in each week at a meeting. This is a community meeting so we buy a monthly pass. I also like that aspect because it means I have to commit to this for at least a month and then I'm more likely to continue. Even after a full week of the program, I feel like this time I can make the commitment to incorporate this into my life - so it's not just a diet. For example, last week I ate desert at a homeshow party and at a baby shower I attended, and I had 2 glasses of my favorite merlot wine, and kept within my points. It is nice to not feel deprived!
