So with three full meals on my menu for each day this week i have a total of 1200 calorie's it is showing that i will consume. Carbs are still around 30% of my daily value which is still too high for me but i am not sure what to change on my menu. The green vegetables i have cooked have some carb's, the fat free ranch dressing i can change to having a lemon wedge and NuSalt on my salad.
I am just stumped on what i can add or replace to lower the carb intake. I will have to research this to adjust my menu :(
