I'm getting back into the Weight Watcher routine and have to say that I am enjoying the structure. Next week will be a challenge as I'll be traveling to Pierre on a charter bus and will be gone two days. The bus ride is long and boring and I tend to eat for entertainment. I must start planning now!

Have fun on your trip! I am sure you will do well. Let's plan to get together sometime when you get back. I am doing really well with my knee and I am raring to go again. No more lying around the house - YUCK!
