It's been a tough weekend...I worked all weekend to try to help myself avoid overeating and eating unhealthy foods. Bad choice. Work had a superbowl pot luck. YAY!!! Free food that tastes great, but is so incredibly unhealthy. I was successful at avoiding the free buffet for most of the night, but then I caved! I did not splurge too much though, and I was very mindful about choosing smaller portion sizes. I am actually pretty proud of myself that I didn't over do it like I normally would. I have decided that buffets are both good and evil simultaneously. They are the true test to healthy eating choices. :)
