I almost drove myself crazy weighing myself daily, I would obsess over it, weighing multiple times a day, of course always with a different number. Sometimes up and sometimes down.
Do you use Ketositx to measure the ketones in your urine. I use them every day and I am in ketosis every day, which is to say that I do not have enough carbs in my blood to burn and am burning primarily fat....my fat. Soooo, if I am keeping away from carbs (no more than 20 grams) and I am in ketosis and I feel my clothes fit better and i feel better....then who cares what the scale sz. Weigh yourself once a week and force yourself not to peek until then.
