A tip to remember.....this was my mantra during today's cycling class as I felt the lactic acid burning in my legs. This is what Chris Carmichael (Lance Armstrong's trainer) says towards the end of his Time Trial DVD workout: don't cheat yourself on the intervals at the end of the workout, work as hard as you can, it is during these intervals, when you're tired and want to quit, that the greatest gain occurs. This piece of advice, along with listening to the ABBA greatest hits CD was the only thing that kept me going this morning!
