Having changed up my routine a little at the gym, I thought it would be a good idea to up my intake of protein. This is because I upped the weights when I use the machines. Definitely feeling it now. The 2 pounds I gained may be because if the increase in protein or something else with my bowls but I'm not gonna think about it too much. I've been going pretty regular and making sure I intake reasonable portions that suit my needs. If I start gaining more weight while seeing that the fat on my body is slowly going away, I'll have to consider the possibility of my muscle development since muscle is denser than fat and, thus, heavier. But we shall see. For now, I am content knowing that I managed to get this far.

This weekend will be heavily social for me. Today it's lunch with my sister, aunt and uncle, karaoke with friends and them dinner with said friends after. Tomorrow it's a birthday party at a lounge tomorrow night. Will try not to spend too much, drink too much or pig out because I found a slew of clothes I haven't worn in an age and see that I am half way to fitting them again <3 It's a beautiful thing and it needs to get even better!
