Huh... So the last weigh in didn't get recorded or... Maybe the internet ate it...

Anyway, my office is doing it's own lil Biggest Loser competition to see who can lose the most weight. Problem is, we all kmow that none of us are what we're "supposed" to weigh. According to Weight Watchers, I'm supposed to be 145lb. Uh, right... Forgettint that people are supposed to hav these things called "muscles" I'm so nowhere near that. When we did our weigh in, I was 211. I'm now down to 207. I realize that I need to improve my cardio and that, I think, has helped.

I went to the gym on Saturday and planned to only do cardio. Good thing, too, bc it was pretty busy. Not packed, per se, but if I wanted to use any other equipment, I'd have to wait. So I did the ellipical for an hour (55 min+5 min cooldown) and rested up yesterday. I do notice the slight changes on my body, especially my arms, so I will incorporate that more into what I do normally. Today I made it a point to go again and, again, just do cardio. I hate going after work but I had to bc I needed to be at the office at 9am and I was coming from my sister's so there was no way I was gonna make it before work. The gym starts getting packed after 3pm so I was taking a risk but since I left work early, I was able to time it just right.

Tomorrow I go back to my 5:30am wakeup call and crank it to the gym. It'll be hard bc the temp here will be below freezing overnight and I know it'll be cold when I get up but I gotta do it. I don't care so much if I win that office competition. We're all doing it to encourage each other to lose weight. My plan for tomorrow is to do cardio first instead of after like I've been doing all this time and them work on the machines. There's thing rig that you can use to lift your legs up while holding onto these bars that your arms go onto. No idea what it's called but I think I'll use that as well. Totally change up what I do and see what happens.
