When I read post’s of folks who are desperate to lose the weight and one can feel the anguish emanating from from the paragraph you can commiserate. But then to note they are moaning about 2 to 3 kilograms, this annoyed me to no end initially try 20 to 30 and come back then I thought!

However during a moment of silent reflection I realized we all need to be comfortable in our own skins and each to their own body image. Thus weather it is 1 or 50 kg we all on our own journey fighting our own demons, good luck to all.

May we all reach that point where we are both comfortable in our own skins and accepting of the image looking back in the mirror.
