I am a day late entering my new 2018 weight. Looking to this year as a new beginning, that will see a weight loss each month, a pound at a time. I have been wearing my Fitbit, my goal this month 5000 steps each day, with an average for the month above 5000 steps. Trying to eat less by watching my portions. Planning on little things to do when I think I am hungry, to really figure out what hunger is. Those are my goals for the month. Will let you know along the way how it is going. Hope for small goals for all of you that will bring us all to the big goal!!
