Passed my first short term goal weight! So I set another short term goal weight! I may be getting another tattoo soon because I reached that one goal. My trainer gave me some fresh Amish bacon this morning, so cannot wait to eat that. Benched 95 pounds, did kettlebell swings, squats, pushups. All that fun stuff. I hope I can continue this and really get down to my true goal weight.
