Happy Easter everyone! Looking forward to spending the day with family, including my new grandson! I'm sore in my back, legs, and arms today from mixing up the exercise the past couple of days. I think the back got a kink from yard work yesterday afternoon - that is a good workout!

Congrats on the new grandson.. he looks adorable.. we just had a new granddaughter in March... I haven't seen her yet as they live two provinces over... Maybe this summer.... your chart looks good.. you are doing well... Happy Easter
