I am just now joining. I have been dieting or making a lifestyle change for a while now. I started the plan I am on now on Nov. 11 2009. I started at 334.8 lbs, I have lost 89lbs so far and now I am at 244.8 lbs. I still have about 50 lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight for my height. I am 6'3 so my healthy weight is pretty high. I have been losing weight though working out and eating reduced calories. I have been letting myself cheat every once and a while. When I need a DQ blizzard, I eat one. I am riding really closely to my diet right now though because my gym is having a drop a pants size challenge and who ever loses the most weight between January and April 17th wins $500. I could really use the money. I need new clothes. I have gone from a size 24 to a 16 so far. That's my first post. Sorry it's so string of consciousness, hopefully they will get better from here.
