Dziennik Druciana, 08 kwi 10

I got a new book yesterday called The Insulin-Resistance Diet. It sounds a lot easier to follow and like the direction that I need. I am starting step one today. The idea of this step is to eat a high protien and a carb every time I eat. It is called "linking". I have 3 days until I go to the next step. I am not even going to look at the next step until I successfully complete this step. That means that I need to actually keep track of everything I eat again. That is probably a good thing though.

I checked out a book from the library called "The End of Over-eating". Haven't started it yet - does me a lot of good just sitting there collecting dust. LOL Good luck!

Hopefully we can both learn from the books we got. Of course you would have to at least open the book...
