My name is Christina. I have been working out regularly for one year now, I have lost a total of 40 lbs. I am sick of being stuck at my current weight, it has not budged in close to 4 months. I have lost inches, but I would like to see the scale move.
I am looking forward to recording my thoughts, food and excercise. I believe that is exactly what I need. :) I am excited to hopefully find some buddy support :)
