Decided it was time to update my bio being as it was 2 years old!
Since joining fatsecret all those years ago I've gone from 11st 7lbs at my heaviest to between 9 & 10 stone!
Not only that but I've gone from veggie to vegan (started out for lent and ended up sticking with it), and I'm a regular at the gym when I don't too much over-time at work!
I'm sticking with fatsecret anyway because it is really motivating to stay healthy, especially that weight graph haha.
My buddies have been amazing so thank you guys! Hopefully it's not all one-way :)
