Hey.
I don't really know to go about introducing myself. In fact, most of the people cannot believe it when I tell them I'm fat and I want/need to lose weight most of the time.
Truth is, I'm a cheerleader, and no one outside of this sport will ever understand the need to be thin. It's not for appearance's sake. It's for being lighter so that the stunts can be executed with more ease without flabs and weight getting in the way.
I get bouts of depression quite frequently as i see peers getting thinner while i gain weight. I get frustrated when I used two whole months to drop two kg only to gain back some of it after a few days of easy eating. I hate my body when it does that.
So help me get out of this freak cycle. Please?
