Well I have been gone for a while because of a medical issue. Today I got the itch to get back into logging the exercise and food.


Food: Today I did decently. I could have made better choices, but in the end I didn't go terribly high over my RDI, and I didn't go over my points for the day, so that is good.

Exercise: It has been raining here for he last 2 weeks, so I couldn't go out and run(well walk/jog...I call it walging ) So I've been doing wii fit and just dance 3 for the wii. It is a fun way to get myself moving when I don't really want to.

Mental: I have to keep reminding myself that I am doing this for my health. I would like to be able to walk up the stairs at work without being winded. I would also like to be able to run and play with my dog without needing to sit and catch my breath. What I have to not think about is appearance. While yes, it will be nice to be able to shop in the main section of the stores but that isn't the reason I want to lose weight.
