I have to weigh myself. I've been doing great this week. I did have some candy but not a lot. I've been working out everyday. Yesterday the kids were home from school becasue of elections and we did a small hike. I felt guilty that I ahdn't gone on the treadmill so I put a video on for them at 7:30 and walked. THat was all the tv they got for the day cause we were outside all day so I didn't feel guilty doing that to them. I'm eating good but wonder if I'm eating enough. See for me If I'm gonna exercise and eat watch what I eat I expect to lose. For me it's all or nothing. And when I don't lose I think "All that work for nothing!!!" and that's what starts me bindging again. Some people say it's all aobut caloried in verses calories out but some say you really need to eat lots of protein to lose. I don't know, should I see a nutritionist?
