So I'm off to finding another diet, one that will give me some motivation but in the meantime I'm hitting the bags of M&M's till I start. I just bought the book "The Secrets of Skinny Chicks." Has anyone ever read it? I have about 15 lbs to lose so I tell myself "you can cheat your, it won't affect you," but on the other side my head says "though your not overweight, your not comfortable in your clothes." I just want to be comfortable. I have clothes that I can't wear at the size I am now and clothes that are baggy adn I just feel like a slob in. You'd think that would be enough for me to stay on track but why can't I!!!! I just want a magic pill, I know there isn't but I need more help than eating healthy and exercise. I feel great when I start losing but it takes weeks for that and i just don't have patience. I've tried jenny craig(to expensive,) weight watchers (takes to much time), fat flush(the cincontion takes like bile), Slim fast(someone told me if you leave it on your counter all day you'll find worms so that didn't last long!). I've bought books and more books. I've hired a personal trainer and she was more interested in the guy working behind the counter than me. Why can't I just stick with something and finish it is what my husband says and I think it's because I want to see fast results. I know permanent weight lose takes time, I did learn something with all this but I still think something quicker is out there. I got on the ALlI web site to see if anyone with my amount of weight lose has taken it and it says not recommened for this amount. Please tell me what you all do for motivation!!!!
