Made it to circiut training last night. It wasn't too bad. Guess my endurance is getting better. I've got spin class again tonight, I'm sure it will kick my butt though, LOL. So far so good on the "perfect" week. Just hope I don't fail over the weekend, LOL. I'm starting to crave bad for me stuff. The baby is still sick and not sleeping well so I'm a little worried I'll be a walkin zombie by the weekend. I've got to make 2 dozen cupcakes for my son's b-day party tomorrow. I'm gonna do my best not to lick the spoons, LOL. Tasting the icing is the hard part. But hope everyone has a wonderful day... This soldier is marching on, haha...

OH WOW, I'm having a GREAT week on the scales! LOL. But I always get a little worried when I'm losing this well, usually means I won't lose any more for WEEKS after this. Oh well, I'll enjoy it while it lasts :)

Oh it's gonna take everything in me to force myself to go to the gym this evening... I was up with the baby all night and I'm so tired today. But hopefully a good work out will make me feel better. I have circuit training tonight, that class always kicks my butt. I hope I will have the energy to survive, LOL. I did really good with my calories yesterday. We went out to eat at Applebee's and I actually looked up the food on the menue to see the calories before I ate :). There's really not that much there that's good for ya, haha. I was blown away at how many calories were in the stuff I use to eat there! No wonder I was fat. I am so thankful that I've started logging calories. I really think it will help me to keep the life change and not just feel like I'm on a diet for the rest of my life, LOL. It's made me so much more aware of what I'm putting into my body.
