Well I went to work today and spoke with my managers. I am able to go back on the 11th. I am nervous. I have not been to work since April. It will be nice to get back into my routine. It always helps my weight loss when I am on a set routine. It is nice then because I have a structure to keep everything on track. I am sad though that I will not be able to spend as much time with my sweet little girl. It has been great being with her 24 hours a day. But I have to get back to it. I just wish that the doctors would have had a definitive diagnosis. But sadly no I am stuck with the unsure for now. Lets see.... I love the high fiber diet so far. It is so great since it is not as restrictive as the others I have been on. And I am losing weight with it so far. I have lost 4 pounds and I am definitely going to keep that up. I swam today with the family for a couple hours it was great. Hannah used her water wings and swam all around. She loved it. I am so proud of her. Well that is it for today....

Today is going well so far. I am enjoying my smoothie, today I put in some peanut butter, so it was pb and banana. So tasty. I love this one it is so hearty, definitely keeps me full and going until lunch. Today Hannah and I are going to clean the house and then maybe go to the store. We are out of some fruit so it would be nice to reload. Also I think watermelon sounds good and I think Hannah would really like it. I think today I will clearly plan all of my goals. Goal 1: To get healthier, and lose my side pain. Goal 2: To finally get to my goal weight of 130. I have been trying to for so long and I need to do this, this time. Goal 3: To lose my cravings for all the fats and yuckies that I have been eating. I think that is a good start.

My grandma passed away yesterday, I am devastated. I just want to go on an eating binge, I hate that this is how I always respond. So so upset.

I feel great so far today, I have gotten up and had a great smoothie and now I am going to do my workout. I am going to get on the treadmill this morning and this afternoon I am going to do some yoga with my little girl. She loves to do all the moves with me. I think today I am going to get outside and do some gardening and just some fresh air, it looks like a great day and I have been inside way too much lately.

Today I feel like I need to do this. I stepped on the scale and the number was awful. I feel so bad about myself. I do not know how I let it get this bad.
