OK Back. Fell off the grid for a while. I have been still eating well although I did fall off for a couple of days while an Aussie Chef was visiting with me. I didn't lose any, however, I didn't gain either so all things considered I am happy about that
I am not going to lie, tomorrow is my birthday so I am going to have whatever I want. Good thing is since making a change in lifestyle, I find myself wanting healthier things so it shouldn't be a problem.
Excited to keep going!

YAAAYYYYy I did it. I have broken into my next 10 pound section and I need 8 more to get pass that. To be honest, I could be way further along if I was exercising more regularly. But I am starting a boot camp in two weeks. I have been eating perfect but slacking a little in activity. I have been walking more and taking the stairs, but I need more intentional time set aside for exercise.
But anyway still Yayyyyy

So I completed week 1 of no excuses. I gave up alcohol for a week except friday and Sat. It was hard but I did it.
I went to a book launch on Tuesday where they had free champagne, my favorite. That was SUCH a challenge I almost gave in but I didn't.
Then I went to a BBQ and all they had was beer and I drank water.
My roommate also has beer every day it is so hard because I used to have it with him.
It feels awesome!

Not feeling that great today. I don't feel good and I am so tired.
I haven't been sleeping well. I think its because my body is not getting enough nutrients to keep up with my new active lifestyle. I think I am going to try to add more food today and i took vitamins.
Most likely I am not eating enough. I think I might have gotten too strict with what I have been eating. I eat all the time but they are all 1 or 0 point foods at the most 2 points. I am afraid to increase it because I don't want to shoot up.
I am having a hard time balancing eating healthy with eating enough but not too much. Any pointers are helpful.
