Still unpacking. Hubs didn't bring the scale so I have no idea what I weigh now. But I'm sure I've gained since during the move we ate junk. I tried to at least stick with a Wendy's grilled chicken wrap, baked potato and ceasar salad, but then hubs came with cheese steaks. Sooooo... now... just in a rough spot not being able to cook until the kitchen is unpacked and I stock up the fridge again. I don't even know what box has my oatmeal, protein bars, or anything like that... I don't wanna weigh myself!!! but... ahhhh... at least we are settling into the new place... Sorry to everyone that I haven't 'supported' or commented to this past week, it's been pretty hectic here :)

Reommendation for physical motivation - I joined this group called 'US Road Running' on Facebook. They have a website that runs virtual 5k races. Of course, honesty plays a part :P We choose a race we want to enter, I've done the Pirate 5K, Moviethon 5K, and others. Yes, I'm very slow, but I've seen my time progress and get faster. Long story short, Join a race, pay the fees, run the race anywhere you want, record the time on the website, and get the finishers medal sent to your home. I do see a few complaints here and there from arrogant runners, who say 'fat people need medals too'... and you know what.. YES... I do need medals... NOTHING motivates me to run like those medals :P I used to do a 5K every week, working on a 10k, and maybe someday do the 5-Miler and eventually Marathon races. Anywho, Check it out.. It's called US Road Running on Facebook with a website of the same name. I'm jumping back into it and maybe we can 'run' together :)

Not sure why.. but I don't record my food here.. I do it on LoseIt. Which.. I'm not sure why since there's no 'buddies' on LoseIt. There isn't a welcoming community there as I've found here. So, I'm going to try to remember to just log all my food here :P

Black Coffee. It's ok as long as I'm drinking it with a lid and can't see. :P I switched to tea because it saves about 100 calories to not add milk. But I'm out of tea... so I'm having black coffee.. which I'm not a fan of.. but I will be now.. Worked out yesterday, only for about 10 minutes, but it was a start. A pretty intense workout for ten minutes.. LOL and in this heat was sweating it up. I have that 'Tower 2000' on my door. I put the ankle wraps on the grabbed the hand bars and alternating triceps pushing down while bringing up the alternating legs. Using the 45# marker bands. I'm not going to be Ms. Olympia with this get up but at least it's a get up and I'm going... :P Goal is to do another 10 minutes today.

1600 calories a day. Anytime I'm feeling good, not hungry and have a few calories left for the day.. I feel like I'm having a 'cheat meal' by giving myself a cup of whole milk... mmmmmmmmm.... love this stuff :P
